    Are the prices on this page real?

    EV stations are real, from the U.S. Department of Energy's Alternative Fuels Data Center, refreshed every 6 hours. EV prices are shown exactly as the station posts them; many stations don't publish one. Gas stations and gas prices are still demo data and are labeled that way.

    Where will real prices come from?

    A mix of licensed data feeds, map-platform fuel prices and photo- or receipt-verified reports from drivers. Each price shows its source and age.

    What is “true savings”?

    The price difference times how much you fill, minus the cost of driving the extra miles. A cheap station 6 miles away is often not worth it.

    Does it work for EVs?

    Yes. Filter by charger speed (kW) and see per-kWh cost next to gas stations, which helps hybrid and two-car homes.
